Snow Cream

Snow is pretty, and snows' fun to play in. If you live in an area where there is lots of snow, you can use it to make dessert, too!

• Mixing bowl
• Large spoon
• 8 cups (1.8 liters) of clean snow
• 5 tablespoons (73.9 mL) sugar
• 1 teaspoon (4.9 mL) vanilla
• Milk

HERE'S HOW

Put the snow in the mixing bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla and stir. Stir in the milk a little bit at a time until the snow cream reaches a consistency you like.
